Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Golden Valley County, Montana. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Score the top of loaves before baking Six days a week, one day off.
