What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Day-to-day duties: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
