Now hiring: scaffolding erector (California)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in San Mateo County, California. You will work on a residential housing development. Your main tasks: • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class You should have: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang Part-time with flexible hours.
