Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Wilbarger County, Texas. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On a typical shift you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
