We are recruiting: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Winnebago County, Iowa. The job is at a cold storage facility. On a typical shift you will fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. Requirements: • Willing to travel between sites • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls 6+ years on the tools preferred.
