HSE officer • Marshall County, Indiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a HSE officer in Marshall County, Indiana. You will be based in a warehouse and logistics yard. On the job you will handle: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry Ideal candidate: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred.
