Stainless steel welder wanted in Chicot County

Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Chicot County, Arkansas. The job is at a busy sheet-metal workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run Ideal candidate: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Own basic hand tools and PPE At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
