Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Washington County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec Requirements: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Full-time with occasional weekends.
