You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
