Prep cook wanted in East Carroll Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in East Carroll Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Rotating shifts.
