Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case 5+ years on the tools preferred.
