Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work On a typical shift you will TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing.
