We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Dyer County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Day to day you will check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings.
