Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Saginaw County, Michigan. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 1+ years on the tools preferred. $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
