Refrigeration and AC mechanic — Erie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Erie County, Pennsylvania. You will be based on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns Day to day you will check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; fault-find control boards and defrost timers. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
