Concrete placer wanted in McDowell County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete placer in McDowell County, West Virginia. You will be based on a building construction site. On the job you will handle: • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout You should have: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
