Great opportunity: natural gas fitter (Scotland)

Now hiring: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Orkney Islands, Scotland. You will work in a gas distribution network. Requirements: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Day-to-day duties: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints 5+ years on the tools preferred.
