Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Grant County, Wisconsin. On the job you will handle: • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant You should have: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Able to read isometric and site drawings 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
