Now hiring: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Sierra County, New Mexico. Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes The role involves keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams.
