We are recruiting: vertical transportation technician (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Lancaster County, Nebraska. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Your main tasks: • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
