You should have: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish You will apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; sand and fill walls before applying primer; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer.
