You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts 3+ years on the tools preferred. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
