Pot washer • George County, Mississippi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in George County, Mississippi. You will be based in a catering unit. On a typical shift you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Meals and transport allowance provided.
