Cnc turning machinist — Chesterfield County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. On the job you will handle: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
