We are recruiting: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Pocahontas County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations. Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $210 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
