Vacancy available: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Cass County, Iowa. You will be based at an accident repair centre. On a typical shift you will prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. What we are looking for: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE 5+ years on the tools preferred.
