LGV Class 1 driver • Placer County, California

Now hiring: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Placer County, California. The job is at a busy distribution depot. On a typical shift you will report defects and book the unit in for servicing; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars. What we are looking for: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
