Immediate opening: tyre technician (Louisiana)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tyre technician in Saint Tammany Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Punctual and willing to work weekends Day to day you will vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres; keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres; log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
