Hoist operator wanted in Atascosa County

Now hiring: we are hiring a hoist operator in Atascosa County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger Requirements: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Understanding of hand and radio signals We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits.
