Ductable AC technician — Benton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a ductable AC technician in Benton County, Iowa. You will be based at an HVAC contractor's workshop. On a typical shift you will run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping. Requirements: • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
