Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Stanislaus County, California. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. Day to day you will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters. Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
