Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Rotating shifts.
