Join our team: we are hiring an assembly technician in Lincoln County, Tennessee. You should have: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Careful handling of tools and components Your main tasks: • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
