Plant operator wanted in Trafford

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Trafford, England. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings On a typical shift you will level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket. We offer £85 per day plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
