Stone mason wanted in Osborne County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stone mason in Osborne County, Kansas. You will work in a natural stone fabrication unit. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades You will polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; work from cutting lists and installation drawings; cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
