Restaurant steward • City and County of Swansea, Wales

Vacancy available: we are hiring a restaurant steward in City and County of Swansea, Wales. The job is in a quick-service restaurant. On a typical shift you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; check back during the meal and handle special requests. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Performance bonus on top of base pay.
