Manufacturing operative • Shelby County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a manufacturing operative in Shelby County, Texas. You will work in a food processing unit. On a typical shift you will weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch; carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces; change over tooling and settings between product runs; check products against the sample for colour, size and finish; load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt; assemble components according to the work order. Requirements: • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift.
