You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
