Catering cook wanted in Freeborn County

Now hiring: we are hiring a catering cook in Freeborn County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
