Maintenance plumber — City of Radford

Now hiring: we are hiring a maintenance plumber in City of Radford, Virginia. You will work in apartment and housing complexes. The role involves: • Fit and seal taps, mixers, stopcocks and gate valves • Lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall • Make connections to the mains water and sewer lines • Install wash basins, sinks, WCs and flush cisterns • Connect overhead and underground water tanks • Replace worn washers, seals and float valves You should have: • Physically fit for lifting, bending and crawling • ITI certificate in plumbing or fitter trade where applicable • 2+ years' hands-on plumbing experience At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
