You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently You will change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required.
