Vacancy available: fry cook (Akwa Ibom State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Nsit Ubium, Akwa Ibom State. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred.
