Immediate opening: mosaic tiler (Ohio)

Now hiring: we are hiring a mosaic tiler in Athens County, Ohio. You will work in a tile and sanitaryware showroom. On a typical shift you will mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line. What we are looking for: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
