Elevator technician • Lake County, South Dakota

Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator technician in Lake County, South Dakota. You will work at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Your main tasks: • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
