Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Weston County, Wyoming. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
