We are recruiting: we are hiring a lorry driver in Ouray County, Colorado. Day-to-day duties: • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts Ideal candidate: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
