Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Kiyawa, Jigawa State. You will work in a meat processing plant. Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Part-time with flexible hours.
