Shopfront glazier • Colfax County, Nebraska

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shopfront glazier in Colfax County, Nebraska. You will be based at a busy glazing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders You should have: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter 3+ years on the tools preferred.
