Commis chef wanted in Clay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Clay County, Kansas. You will work at a roadside dhaba. On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Rotating shifts.
