We are recruiting: toolroom milling operator (Minnesota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Todd County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Full-time, day shift.
